Foundation in Tourism
The roots of MS Tourism trace back to active involvement in the Amsterdam tourism sector through tour coordination, reservation handling, and guided experiences in the city and surrounding regions. This early period established core knowledge of local attractions, event logistics, customer service standards, and destination operations, creating the essential foundation for specialized incoming destination management.
Development
2005 – 2018
Development of Incoming Expertise
The team operated within leading Amsterdam tourism structures, focusing on high-volume incoming operations. Key activities included managing group bookings, corporate incentive programs, leisure packages, and building strong supplier partnerships (hotels, venues, guides). This phase developed deep expertise in Dutch and European destinations, operational systems, and client satisfaction, enabling the transition to an independent full-service DMC.

Establishment and Expansion of MS Tourism
MS Tourism B.V. was founded in Amsterdam as a dedicated incoming Destination Management Company. With over 20 years of accumulated industry experience, the company has grown into a young, dynamic team offering comprehensive services across the Netherlands and Europe: hotel allocations, private transfers, licensed guides, MICE & events, medical & wellness tourism, long-stay solutions, and seasonal packages. Today, it serves international tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients, and leisure groups with personalized, reliable, and innovative incoming solutions from its base in Landsmeer (Calkoenstraat 14).
